Tragic Ending to Search for Missing Baby Zeke

The search for 10-month-old Zeke Best has come to a devastating conclusion. After a 36-hour search and an Amber Alert, authorities discovered the lifeless body of baby Zeke near Idaho Falls, Idaho.

The heartbreaking discovery was made after a concerned hunter noticed a man in a sleeping bag by the roadside. The man, later identified as Jeremy Albert Best, was naked and behaving strangely. Best was wanted in connection with the kidnapping of baby Zeke.

Law enforcement officials found Best’s car in an embankment, and tragically, baby Zeke was also found dead at the scene.

This horrific event unfolded after Best had been seen walking naked in a store, causing concern among those around him. Despite this alarming behavior, he was released after a mental health screening, only to allegedly murder his wife, Kali Jean Randall, 38, and abduct baby Zeke shortly afterward.

A massive search ensued for both Best and Zeke after Kali’s body was discovered. Sadly, the search ended with the discovery of Zeke’s lifeless body, near his still-living father.

Best is now in custody, facing charges related to the death of his wife. He will remain in Bonneville County Jail until his arraignment.

Our hearts go out to the family and loved ones affected by this tragedy. The investigation is still ongoing, and further information will be released at an appropriate time.

The public has been deeply moved by this devastating story. Many express their heartbreak over the loss of baby Zeke and the distressing circumstances surrounding his death.

Rest in peace, Kali and Zeke.
