Snoop Dogg Faces Tragic Loss of Brother and Daughter’s Health Struggles

It has been a heartbreaking time for Snoop Dogg and his family. Just weeks after his daughter’s hospitalization due to a stroke, the rapper shared the devastating news of his brother’s passing on February 16. Snoop and his brother, Bing Worthington, shared a close bond, with Worthington even working as Snoop’s tour manager for much of his career.

Worthington’s untimely death at the age of 44 has left the family grieving, as they remember their loved one who played a significant role in Snoop’s life. Snoop took to Instagram to share several photos of himself and his brother, including a heartbreaking one with Worthington and their late mother, who passed away in 2021. Alongside the photo, Snoop wrote, “Back with momma,” and in another post, he added, “Until we meet again.”

Prior to the loss of his brother, Snoop’s daughter, Cori Broadus, had been admitted to the hospital after suffering a stroke. The 24-year-old shared this heartbreaking news through Instagram Stories, showcasing images of her hospital room and herself in the hospital bed. The vulnerability and fear were evident in her words as she expressed her shock and sadness over her health condition at such a young age.

Cori’s health struggles extend beyond the stroke, as she has been living with Lupus since the age of six. In a candid interview with People, she revealed that she embarked on a holistic approach to her health following a suicide attempt in 2021. By adopting natural remedies, such as herbs, sea moss, and teas, as well as incorporating regular exercise and hydration into her routine, Cori has seen improvements in her overall well-being.

While it remains unclear if her lifestyle change contributes to her current health battle, Cori’s journey serves as an inspiration for others facing similar challenges. She decided to break free from a lifetime of relying on medications and embraced a new path towards a healthier lifestyle.
