The TikTok video, posted by RealityTV King, garnered over 2.5 million views and more than 6,000 comments, most of which harshly criticized Paris Hilton for her lack of knowledge about changing diapers.
The comments were disheartening and disappointing, targeting Hilton for her apparent lack of connection with her baby, as well as the reactions of her sister and the nanny present in the episode. Some even questioned her motives for having children, suggesting that she only did so to carry on her name and legacy.
