Chrissy Teigen, the popular model, cookbook author, and wife of singer John Legend, has always been known for her candid and controversial statements. In a recent interview, she revealed something surprising about her marriage and intimate life with her husband.
During an appearance on The Drew Barrymore Show, Teigen admitted that she often finds it difficult to stay focused during intimate moments with her 45-year-old husband. When host Drew Barrymore cheekily asked where her mind goes during these moments, Teigen responded, “Anywhere. Is the door locked? Is my spray tan coming off? So much.”
Teigen and Legend recently celebrated their 10-year wedding anniversary, and she shared her thoughts on what has kept their marriage strong for so long. According to Teigen, they are always very thoughtful and rarely have arguments. In fact, one of their “fights” is that they don’t fight enough. She explained that sometimes she wants to see passion from her husband, but he always brings her down to a level where she realizes she might be overreacting.
Teigen admitted that she doesn’t have any advice for others in relationships, but she considers herself lucky to have found someone great like Legend.
When asked about the biggest challenge they face as a couple, Teigen simply said it’s trying to get their children to get along. She finds joy in watching their journey as parents, especially seeing her husband, John Legend, balance his busy schedule with being a dad. He is always there for their kids, no matter how tired or busy he is.
The couple is grateful for their four children: daughters Luna and Esti, aged 1, and sons Miles and Wren.
