Crockpot Goulash Recipe

CROCKPOT GOULASH RECIPE

  • 1 box dry uncooked macaroni
  • 1 cup frozen peas

Instructions:

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until it is browned.
  2. Add the diced onions and peppers to the skillet and cook until they are tender.
  3. Transfer the meat mixture to a 6-quart slow cooker.
  4. Add in the diced bell peppers, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, tomatoes, and beef broth.
  5. Stir to combine all the ingredients.
  6. Cover the slow cooker and cook on high for 3.5 hours.
  7. About 1 hour before serving, cook the macaroni according to the instructions on the box.
  8. 30 minutes before serving, stir in the cooked macaroni and frozen peas.
