Unable to contain her curiosity any longer, the waitress approached the table after finishing her duties. Politely addressing the woman, she said, “Pardon me, ma’am, but I think your husband just slid under the table.”
With a firm and calm gaze, the woman looked up and replied, “No, he didn’t. He just walked in the door.”
