Veggie Cake: simple to make and ideal for a tasty dinner.

RED PEPPER INGREDIENTS 1 ONION, GREEN 3 ONIONS, CHOPPED 1 POTATO + 1 EGGS 3 MILK 50g FLOUR SALT SUGAR 130gBAKER’S SODA CHEESE 10 g 200g

Instructions:

Chop the red pepper and onion finely.

Make thin slices of the green onions.

Using a coarse grater, shred the potato.

In a large mixing basin, combine the eggs.

Mix in the milk with the eggs.

Combine the flour, salt, and baking soda in a mixing bowl. To blend, whisk everything together.

Toss in the chopped veggies.

Gently mix all of the ingredients.

Half of the mixture should be transferred to the pan and topped with mozzarella slices.

Pour the remaining mixture over the slices of cheese.

Blanket.

Cook for 6 minutes on low heat.

Turn the vegetable cake over with a plate on top. Fry for an additional 3 minutes.
