Ingredients for an 8-person meal:1 liter full cold liquid cream60 grams Nutellasweetened condensed milk (20 g)10 Kinder Gute200 g dark chocolate, melted100 g white chocolate, melted
Preparation: Making the Kinder Bueno Christmas Log
Pour 800 g of cream into the mixing bowl of your Thermomix. Take out the whisk. Refrigerate the basin containing the cream and the whisk for 1 hour.
After that, whisk for 1 minute and 30 seconds on speed 3, with the cooking basket replacing the measuring cup on the bowl lid to avoid splashing.
Check the smoothness of your whipped cream; it should be fluffy. Be cautious not to over-whip the cream, otherwise it may turn into butter.
Then add the Nutella and sweetened condensed milk and mix on speed 3 for 10 seconds, or until you have a wonderful smooth and uniform froth.
Pour half of this mousse into a special log mold or, failing that, a rectangle cling-wrapped cake mold.
Place two Kinder Bueno in the center of the mousse, then cover with the remaining mousse and fill the mold completely.
Line the top of the mold with the leftover Kinder Bueno and smooth with a spatula.
Incorporate the round end of the chocolate bars into the mousse. Place for at least 3 hours in the freezer.
Melt the dark chocolate in the Thermomix dish for 5 minutes on speed 1 at 55°C.
Simultaneously, bring the remaining cream to a boil in a small saucepan. Then pour it over the melted chocolate in the Thermomix dish.
Mix on speed 3 for 10 seconds.
Remove the frozen log from the mold and set it on a rack over a gratin dish.
Pour the chocolate icing over the log quickly to properly coat it.
Put it back in the freezer as soon as possible.
In the cleaned Thermomix bowl, melt the white chocolate. After that, drizzle the white chocolate over the top of the log.
Keep in the freezer until ready to serve.
