INGREDIENTS: tortillas or flatbread;
150 g mayonnaise (23 cup);
6 cheese slices;
10 beef slices
2 eggs;
Frying oil made from vegetables.
METHOD: On each flour tortilla, spread a small coating of mayonnaise evenly.
Cover the top with slices of meat and cheese.
Each tortilla should be securely rolled and cut into pieces.
Dip each individual roll in beaten eggs and fried until golden brown on both sides (approximately 6-8 minutes).
