2 pound cleaned and trimmed fresh green beans
1 pound of smoked turkey legs
1 tbsp minced garlic 64 oz water, chicken broth, or turkey broth
1 medium sliced onion
4-5 medium peeled and sliced russet potatoes
2 teaspoons seasoning salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Begin by putting the smoked turkey in a big pot.
Turn the heat to high after adding the broth or water to the pot.
