RICE WITH FRIED SHRIMP

This quick and easy Shrimp Fried Rice recipe is ideal for those times when you need to have a tasty meal on the table quickly. It’s also an excellent way to use up any leftover white rice.

1 tablespoon of oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 pound medium peeled and deveined shrimp
3 cups white rice, cooked
2 cups defrosted frozen peas and carrots
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoon sesame oil
1 big whisked egg
2 tbsp. Green onions, sliced
How to Make Fried Shrimp Rice
Set aside your shrimp after washing and rinsing them.
Cook your white rice according to package directions and set aside.
Heat the oil and minced garlic in a medium skillet over medium heat.
1 minute after adding the garlic, stir until fragrant.
Cook for 5 minutes after adding the pea mixture and shrimp to the sauté pan.
Stir together the sesame oil and soy sauce in a small bowl.
Mix in the white rice, soy sauce, and sesame seeds.
Cook for 4 minutes.
Place the rice shrimp mixture on one side of the skillet.
Stir the egg constantly in the saute pan until it is almost fully cooked, then fold it into the rice mixture.
Garnish with green onions if desired.
