METHOD:
In a mixing basin, combine the eggs, salt, vanilla, and sugar. Mix. Pour in the oil and milk. Mix. Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Combine thoroughly.
Fill half of the muffin pans with the resulting mixture.
Arrange the white chocolate on a plate. Add the remaining mixture.
Bake for 25 minutes at 360°F/180°C. Serve.
