Fried rice has been making people joyful in China since the Sui Dynasty. This famous dish, which began as a dining table staple in Asia, has spread throughout the world because it is delicious, easy to prepare, and makes a filling main course or compliment to another dish.

12 pound chicken thighs, chopped into small pieces and cooked
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
1 cup chopped onion
two huge eggs
2 tsp. garlic cloves, minced
2 Tbsp. Sesame seed oil
¼ C. The soy sauce

Heat the sesame oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Place the onion and mixed veggies in a hot skillet and cook until the onion softens.
Reduce the heat to medium.
Cook for another 30 seconds after adding the minced garlic to the skillet.
Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and crack the eggs in. Allow the eggs to completely cook after scrambling them.
In the skillet, combine all of the ingredients.
Stir together the rice and chicken in the skillet.
Toss the mixture with the soy sauce to thoroughly coat it.
Cook for another minute or so before serving.
