1 cup (2 sticks) 2 cups flour 1 1/2 cups sugar room temperature unsalted butter
1 (8 oz.) container room temperature cream cheese
4 room temperature eggs
1/2 cup caramel sauce
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
12 tsp of cinnamon
1.5 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon of salt
Caramel Cream Cheese Bread Recipe
Preheat the oven to 350o F and grease two 9-inch loaf pans liberally with butter or nonstick spray.
In a large mixing bowl or stand mixer, cream together the butter, cream cheese, and sugar, then whip in the eggs and vanilla one at a time.
In a separate basin, combine the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Mix dry ingredients into wet components gradually, stirring until just combined.
14 of the batter should be placed in each oiled baking dish. Spread 14 cup caramel topping on top of the batter and swirl it around, staying away from the pan’s sides.
Gently spread the remaining batter over the caramel layers.
Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and set aside to cool before serving. Enjoy!
