BOWL OF EGG ROLLS

450 g of ground sausage.
I used 6 cups of cole slaw mix.
4 minced garlic cloves.
1 teaspoon.Ginger, minced.
1 teaspoon.Soy sauce is a type of sauce.
1/4 Cup.Of chopped green onions.
1 teaspoon.Made with roasted sesame oil.
Making Egg Rolls in a Bowl
Cook the ingredients in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the sausage, rotating frequently to keep it from disintegrating, until it is well cooked. Please, no draining.
In a skillet with the sausage, combine the coleslaw mix, garlic, ginger, and soy sauce, and simmer until the coleslaw is hot.
Cook, stirring periodically, for 3-4 minutes, or until the cabbage has softened slightly.
After removing from the heat, garnish with green onions and drizzle with sesame oil.
Before serving, sprinkle each dish with sriracha if desired.
