INGREDIENTS
850 mL (3 1/2 cups) 250g dark chocolate 4 g agar-agar 90 g (1/2 cup) milk sugar

Preparation:
Melt the chocolate in the pan after pouring it into the bowl.
Heat the milk in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk for 5 minutes over medium heat until the agar agar dissolves.
Add the sugar and melted chocolate, and stir for another 2 minutes over low heat.
Pour the mixture into a 22cm cake shape and set aside to cool completely. Then place in the fridge for at least 3 hours (or overnight).
When the pudding is done, invert it onto a dish, top with cocoa powder, and serve.
