Tuna and potato meatballs: a simple and flavorful second course.

Ingredients:2 potatoes, boiling3 tablespoons shredded cheese1 tbsp.

chopped parsley1 canned tuna1 egga third of a cup of breadcrumbsSeason with salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation:

Boil and mash the potatoes.
After that, stir in the cheese, parsley, tuna, egg, salt, and breadcrumbs.
Form the meatballs and coat with breadcrumbs.

Fry them in oil on a pan and serve them hot.
