INGREDIENTS:
biscuits made from puff pastry
ice cold milk
spread with hazelnuts
granulated sugar
METHOD:
Place the biscuits on top of the puff pastry sheet after dipping them in the milk.
Add the hazelnut spread and use a food pudding mold to carve out a circular.
Brush the tops with egg yolk and bake for 20 minutes at 190°C.
Cook for 20 minutes at 190°C.
Before serving, dust with powdered sugar.
