POTATO SOUP WITH KIELBASA –

kielbasa potato soup – kielbasa potatoes, celery, carrots, chicken stock, milk cheese
1 pound smoked kielbasa, sliced 8 medium peeled and diced potatoes
2 cups thawed frozen corn
2 cup chicken stock
2 sliced celery sticks
1/4 cup carrot, sliced
A half teaspoon of garlic powder
A half teaspoon of onion powder
1 1/2 cups whole milk 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper
A third of a cup of shredded cheddar cheese
Brown the kielbasa and set it aside. Add potatoes, corn broth, celery, and carrots to a pot, season with salt and pepper, and cook on low for about 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Cook for 15 minutes on low before adding the milk, cheese, and kielbasa.
