BITES OF CRISPY HASHBROWN SAUSAGE

These hashbrown sausage bites are ideal for breakfast or brunch. They’re simple to make and go well with various dipping sauces. They go well with ketchup, mustard, or even ranch dressing.

Ingredients
1 pound of breakfast sausage
8 ounces softened cream cheese
1/12 c is quick
4 cups frozen, shredded hash browns
12 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
In a mixing bowl, blend all of the ingredients until well incorporated.
Form the mixture into 12 inch balls that are evenly proportioned.

Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cook for 20–25 minutes.
