FRIES WITH GARLIC AND PARMESAN

Everyone likes fries, but we only eat them sometimes because fried food isn’t particularly healthy for us. With this recipe for GARLIC PARMESAN FRIES, you may eat guilt-free.

Nothing makes me happier than the aroma of fried garlic. It rapidly satisfies my appetite. That’s just what these baked garlic and Parmesan fries accomplished.

The garlic smells fantastic, and baked Parmesan cheese gives the fries a crunch when you bite into them.

The gourmet look is completed with a sprinkle of chopped parsley. You will never desire fried potatoes again!

2 large russet potatoes, peeled

2 tablespoons olive oil 2 tablespoons minced garlic

14 teaspoons Garlic Powder

3 tbsp. Grated Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper to taste

Recipe for Baked Garlic Fries with Parmesan:

Preheat the oven to 450°F.

Cut the potatoes into strips resembling french fries.

Place the potato strips on a baking sheet coated with aluminum foil.

Toss with the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to taste.

30-40 minutes, or until browned and crispy.

Before serving, sprinkle with garlic powder and Parmesan cheese.

Enjoy!

If you leave your chopped potatoes alone for too long, they will oxidize and turn brown. As soon as you chop them, toss them in the oil.

I enjoy using fresh Parmesan cheese rather than powdered Parmesan. I like how the finely grated Parmesan melts and provides a crispy coating.

Chop your parsley as finely as possible to adhere to the fries.
