1 pound cooked chicken, chopped into bite-sized pieces
20 oz. Cooked and drained frozen chopped broccoli
2 cans of low-fat cream chicken soup
⅔ C. Milk that has been evaporated
12 teaspoons garlic powder
1 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
½ C. Crumbled bread
3 Tbsp. Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a large mixing dish, combine the chicken and broccoli.
Combine the soup, milk, and garlic powder in a mixing bowl. Stir everything together thoroughly.
Layer the chicken and broccoli mixture in the bottom of a 913 baking dish that has been thoroughly oiled.
Sprinkle with the crumbled cheese.
Combine the breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese in a mixing basin.
Spread the breadcrumb mixture on top of the casserole.
30 minutes in the oven.
Allow for a 10-minute rest before serving.
