These Ritz Cracker Party Sandwiches are very delectable!! They’re a cracker-based version of everyone’s favorite ham sliders.
Sandwiched between two Ritz crackers, ham and Swiss cheese were baked with a Worcestershire, onion powder mustard, butter, and pumpkin seed mixture. These are without a doubt the best appetizers I’ve ever tasted!
INGREDIENTS
48 Ritz crackers
8 deli ham slices 8 cheese slices 4 tablespoons melted butter
2 tablespoons mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon poppy seeds
1/2 teaspoon dried onion, diced
Heat the temperature of the oven to 350 degrees F.
Half of the crackers should be placed flat side down in a 913-inch baking dish.
Fold the ham into thin strips and top each cracker with one.
Place a 1-inch cube of cheese on top of each ham/cracker. Top with another cracker to make a mini-sandwich.
After pouring the warmed butter over the cracker sandwiches, stir with the Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. On top, equally distribute the poppy seeds and sliced onion.Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the tops have turned golden brown.
While it’s still hot, enjoy!
