Today, we wish Eric Braeden (Victor) of The Young and the Restless the best. The powerful soap actor veteran recently had knee replacement surgery and recently tweeted a photo from his hospital room, along with a poignant message to his loving followers.
“Following knee replacement!” Braeden screamed the phrase while extending one arm to show his strength. “I’m thinking of you all right now!”
Fans raced to Twitter to wish him well, and one of them, Patty Tramel, advised him to “keep moving.” Friends who have had the therapy report that the more active you are following surgery, the less scarring you will have and the faster you will heal.
“I’m praying everything goes as planned.” Sean Kanan (Deacon), his former “The Bold and the Beautiful” co-star, also messaged him. He sent Eric his warmest wishes for a speedy recovery and a joyous holiday season. You’ll be back to being the utter badass you are in no time.
And we do not doubt that! This man will not be deterred by a knee replacement, the necessity for a walker, or even those purple hospital socks!
We wish the CBS actor a speedy recovery and can’t wait to see what Genoa City has in store for him in 2023.
