Jennifer Grey of Dirty Dancing is in need of prayers following the sad accident.

Jennifer Grey may be returning to the role that made her an international celebrity now that a new Dirty Dancing film is in the works.

When she appeared in the film Frances “Baby” Houseman starring Patrick Swayze 33 years ago, the 60-year-old actress became a global celebrity.

Jennifer will star in, and executive produces an untitled dance film she is producing with Lionsgate.

The fact that Lionsgate owns the distribution rights to the Dirty Dancing pictures has encouraged ardent fans to believe that this new effort could be a sequel.

Although it is widely anticipated that the upcoming film will continue the cult classic story, this has yet to be verified.

The forthcoming film will be set in the 1990s, whereas the original smash was set in the Catskills in 1963.

This has fueled suspicion that Jennifer’s upcoming film is a Dirty Dancing sequel.

Unfortunately, Jennifer’s co-star Patrick died in 2009 after a fight with pancreatic cancer.

Fans hope Jennifer, who previously claimed she did not want to be a part of the Dirty Dancing franchise, has changed her mind.

Jennifer and Patrick have previously appeared on the big screen together before Dirty Dancing. In 1984, the actor and the duet co-starred in the film Red Dawn.

She gained notoriety after playing Matthew Broderick’s sister in the box office sensation Ferris Bueller’s Day Off.

Jennifer and Matthew were Hollywood’s most beautiful couple in the months leading up to the release of Dirty Dancing. They became pals after meeting on stage.

However, just nine days before the film’s premiere, the two were involved in a horrific accident while on vacation in Ireland.

Anna Gallagher and Margaret Doherty, mother, and daughter, were killed instantly in the head-on collision, and Jennifer and Matthew were critically injured.

He suffered a shattered leg, a collapsed lung, and a concussion, while Jennifer suffered severe whiplash and tore ligaments in the back of her neck.

Despite being in the wrong lane at the time of the incident, Broderick was found guilty of reckless driving and fined.

Jennifer would be in pain for the rest of her life as a result of the tragedy, and she would be unable to dance for an extended period.

The woman claimed to have tried massage, hot pads, cold packs, anti-inflammatories, and everything else that would provide relief.

The actor, unable to act for several years following the disaster due to the emotional toll, had serious long-term consequences.

Then, in the early 1990s, Jennifer made a decision that, in her opinion, altered the rest of her career.

She had two nose surgeries, the second to rectify the difficulties brought by the first.

The actress claimed that because to the drastic alteration, several of her close friends were unable to recognize her.

“I entered the operation room as a superstar and emerged anonymous,” Jennifer explained. “It felt like being under witness protection or being unnoticed.”

To jumpstart her career, the actress pondered changing her name.

Jennifer married actor Clark Gregg in 2001 after dating various celebrities, including Michael J. Fox and Johnny Depp.

Jennifer performed on Dancing With The Stars, the American version of Strictly Come Dancing, in 2009.

Jennifer underwent surgery to stabilize her neck and treat her compressed spinal cord.

“I had been in pain for so long that I didn’t realize how much it had taken over my life,” she stated.

“I stopped enjoying several of my favorite pastimes, such as dancing, since I didn’t want the pain to worsen.”

However, during her surgery, physicians discovered a little malignant node on her thyroid, which is cause for concern.

Jennifer has been cancer-free since the tumor was removed.

Jennifer went through a lot, but she and her professional partner, Derek Hough, went on to win the 11th season of Dancing With The Stars.

Her popularity on the show led to her being invited to fill in for head judge Len Goodman on Strictly Come Dancing in 2011.

Jennifer has continued to work as an actor since her early success, landing supporting roles in films and important television series such as House and Grey’s Anatomy.

Jennifer appears to be on the approach of re-establishing herself as a big Hollywood power with the release of a new Dirty Dancing film.

The first film grossed a stunning $218 million worldwide on a $5 million budget.

In addition, Frank Previte’s original song, I’ve Had the Time of My Life, won an Oscar and a Golden Globe.

Jennifer was nominated for a Golden Globe for her role as Baby.
